    1. Zara Hoffman's debut novel, The Belgrave Daughter has it all (at least in my mind): magic, romance, angels, demons, Eeeee! I won't lie, there are definitely parts where I could tell that this was Hoffman's first novel, but this is easily looked over because the core of her writing is amazing! I CANNOT wait for the rest of the series. This new author definitely has some major potential! We here at All Booked Up YA are eager to keep our eyes on this one! Solid 3.5 stars.

    2. I love paranormal romance and this book doesn't disappoint! It had angels, demons, Lucifer, witches seriously, some of my favourite things to read about! As this is the author's first work, i can tell she has room to grow as an author, but this book is great as a first book!I recommend it to all who love a good paranormal romance!

    3. I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Fawn Belgrave is a seventh generation witch making her one of the most powerful witches ever to be born. There is a prophecy about her and how she will save the world. Fawn does not believe in the prophecy how can she possibly go about saving the world I mean it seems like a pretty daunting task. Caleb has been the Devil’s right hand man for a long time, longer than he would care to remember. The Devil gives Caleb the task [...]

    4. This book was given to me by the Lovers of Paranormal in exchange for an honest review. To me, this book is a real page turner. Fawn is a very powerful witch, who comes into her powers on her sixteenth birthday. She meets Caleb at College and even though she doesn't receive very good vibes from him, she falls for him. Caleb is not quite who she thinks he is. When her mother and her twin brother's lives are at risk, she makes a bargain with Lucifer at her own detriment to save them. It's a beautif [...]

    5. I was given this book free from LoP in exchange for an honest review SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DONT READ SPOILERS!!!!!!!! I didn't have that many expectations for this book, I was looking for a quick and interesting read. The story and everything was going great it was on the road to five stars in my opinion until I got near the ending of the book. Then the main character Fawn started to really work my nerves. Okay so i'll tell you why. First off the main character gets hugely upset and extremely s [...]

    6. Fawn Belgrave is a seventh generation witch and she is one of the most powerful witches. Her powers come to her at her sixteenth birthday and after that she’s afraid to uses them. There is a prophecy about Fawn where she can save the world, but she doesn’t believe in this. She live her life without using her power, but one day she met Caleb, she doesn’t know who he is but she’s attracted by him. Caleb is Lucifer’s right hand, and he must corrupt Fawn so Lucifer can use her powers for h [...]

    7. Reviewed for Readers FavoriteFawn and her twin brother Alec are turning sixteen. They come from a long line of witches but only Fawn will become a witch. She is the seventh generation, and there is a prophecy that she will save the world. Of course you know this means that Lucifer wants her, so he approaches God with a bargain, if I can turn her bad she's mine. God see a way to save someone else's soul in the process and agrees. Enter Caleb, an angel of Lucifer that is assigned to seduce Fawn, b [...]

    8. Rating: 3.5 StarsIt's been a while since I've read something in the fantasy genre, and I'm not a big fan of supernatural content like magic or psychic powers. However, when I was given the opportunity to join the blog tour for Zara Hoffman's debut novel, I have to admit I was intrigued by both the summary and cover design. Although this novel wasn't a favorite, I did find The Belgrave Daughter to be an entertaining read. The book is well-written, and it is evident that the author poured so much t [...]

    9. I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review from LOP.I thought that there was a great deal of potential in this story that was vastly underused. The ideas were good, but none of them were expanded upon. The characters needed a bit more to them and I didn't get a full feeling of the relationships.I liked the idea that she was a powerful witch who was could save the world, but the idea wasn't given much airplay. We are briefly introduced to her magic then the plot skips several [...]

    10. I received this book in exchange for an honest review (LoP or Lovers of Paranormal)I've read so many books on paranormal genre, but what makes this book different is that it treads on a different path. It is a refreshing read, especially if you're into prophecies, witches and everything in the supernatural world. I love some of the characters like Alec and Ivy, but not Fawn (sorry). I don't like that she turns into a whining teenager despite her being a college student. There are also some insta [...]

    11. The Belgrave Daughter (The Belgrave Legacy, #1), by Zara Hoffman, is a book written for the YA group. It is very appropriate even if the story is a bit trite. The characters could be interesting and multi-dimensional but the development of the characters is not fleshed out. The story seems hurried and although I really wanted to like and route for Caleb, I just couldn't care much about him. Caleb is bound to Lucifer and when his background story is revealed, the reader should have felt some empa [...]

    12. I received this book in exchange for an honest review from Lovers of Paranormal. I enjoyed this book. The characters were great and I loved Caleb. Fawn I found a little bit hard to connect with, her being 20 and me only being 16. I understand college life but a high school student would have been easier to understand, considering this is a YA book. Another thing was that God and Lucifer were personified as real people which I found odd. It's not that I didn't like that it was just hard for me to [...]

    13. I really wanted to like this book, I swear I did. It has such a great concept and plot! A seventh generation witch with mega powers and a bet between God and Lucifer to win her over. Such a great storyline! It had such potential but unfortunately for me it fell flat. Maybe I just had too high of expectations, I don't know. But Fawn just about drove me crazy and Caleb didn't help much either. I feel so guilty because I know the author put a lot of work into this but between the characters and the [...]

    14. I was given this book for an honest review. It was a good story but i felt it was rushed and didn't explain everything. The main character seemed a bit of a weak character and acted younger than she actually was. Over all it was good but i don't think i would recommend this.
